Aces and 8's

We brewed a collaboration IPA with our friends at The Board Room VA in the New England fashion. Aces and 8’s is a wheat-based IPA that we steeped an irresponsible amount of whole-cone Nelson Sauvin in the whirlpool and dry hopped exclusively with Mosiac at a modest 3 pounds/bbl. The result is a delicately soft-bodied and intensely fruit forward beer with notes of pineapple, sauvignon blanc grapes, and white grapefruit.
