Codebreaker 2021

A dark, sour and robust brown beer, Codebreaker 2021 was fermented with lager yeast for primary fermentation, aged in oak barrels for a secondary fermentation for a year, and then blended with cherry and cranberry pureés. This brew is complex and layered with aromatics of dark fruit, chocolate, and toasted bread. You can expect a tart flavor, with malty notes and hints of vanilla and chocolate.
