Elucidation

Hazy IPA & Sour Ale fans unite for this Sour DIPA we're calling Elucidation. A late (and generous) addition of hops provides flavor and aroma of fresh pineapple, lime zest and tropical fruit. The combination of Motueka, New Zealand experimental hop NZH-107 really bring the juice in this DIPA, balanced by a touch of sweetness and plenty of sour tang.
