Raspberry Rose

An Imperial Sour aged for 8 months in Port Barrels that were previously used to finish Bourbon. This aging process lends beautiful notes of oak, vanilla, char, and a touch of spirit complexity.

We’ve blended this barrel-aged base with an abundance of raspberry purée, resulting in a beer with vibrant aromas of tart raspberries, vanilla, and warm spirit undertones. Each sip delivers a delightful balance of tartness, fruity sweetness, and oaky depth, finishing with a satisfyingly complex sour character reminiscent of mixed fermentation sours.
