Belgian Style Wit
Francis Fauquier, namesake of our home county, was no stranger to gambling. In fact, it was over a game of poker, complete with some rousing table talk, that Francis lost his family inheritance, but gained himself a spot as the governor of Virginia. In keeping with Fauquier’s spirit, we took a gamble with our Belgian Style Wit, adding passionfruit and guava purée for a new take on this traditional style. Packed with flavor, but still sessionable enough to enjoy again and again, we recommend enjoying Table Talk with some lively company.
Ingredients: Fauquier County Well Water, 2-Row Brewers Malt, Pilsen Malt, Red Wheat Malt, Cara-Pils Malt, Sorachi Ace Hops, Hallertau Blanc Hops, Amarillo Hops, Flaked Oats, Orange Peel, Coriander, Passion Fruit Purée, Guava Purée, Belgian Yeast.
